2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@glucophone.company with your order number, reason for return, and photo(s) of the item (if damaged/defective).
  2. RMA Number: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Return the product at your expense to the address provided. Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Deductions: Restocking fees (if applicable) or costs related to damage may be deducted.

4. Exchanges

  • Process: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may receive a refund or store credit.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
